What happens when you delete your account

All your active sessions are signed out immediately.
Your email is anonymised and your phone number is removed — you can re-register with the same details.
Your push notification token is deleted.
Your profile is deactivated permanently — you will not be able to log in again.
Ride, delivery, and payment records are retained in de-identified form for legal, tax, and safety-audit purposes (see our Privacy Policy §5).

This action cannot be undone.

Option A — Delete from inside the app (recommended)

Open the NowSafar app.
Tap Profile.
Scroll to Danger Zone → Delete Account.
Enter your password to confirm.

Instant. Signs you out on every device the moment you confirm.

Option B — Request deletion via this form

Fill this out from the email address on your NowSafar account. We'll verify and delete your account within 30 days. You'll receive a confirmation email.
